All the Earthly Elegance stoneware pottery is made by one American contemporary ceramic artist, potter Leslie Freidman.

About Leslie Freidman

I have a strong academic background in art history. My first job after graduate school was Head Art Librarian for the University of Georgia. I’ve always loved all forms of art, but never dreamed that I’d ever create my own art work! I enjoy using leaves because the size, shape and texture of each leaf directs the nature of the piece. No two pieces are ever alike. I also love to mix my own glazes from dry chemicals. Creating new colors is really fun … actually, the whole process is fun! The thrill of opening the kiln and seeing the colors and shapes of the finished load is only surpassed by the thrill of knowing that my pottery will beautify someone’s home! Enjoy!
